The closing scenes of the festival are upon us as the limelight moves inside the Palais for the awards ceremony.
Palme d'Or: «The Tree of Life» by Terrence Malick
Grand prix du jury: «Once Upon A Time In Anatolia» by Nuri Bilge Ceylan and «The Kid With A Bike» by the Dardenne Brothers
Best actor: Jean Dujardin for «The Artist»
Best director: Nicolas Winding Refn for «Drive»
Best actress: Kirsten Dunst for «Melancholia»
Best screenplay: Joseph Cedar for «Footnote»
Prix du jury: «Polisse» by Maïwenn Le Besco
And at LPG too, the verdicts were in. The Palme d’Or is awarded to Laurence and Pascale for their constant presence and impeccable organisation throughout the festival.
Grand Prix du Jury goes to all the LPG trainers and consultants who made the LPG lounge a place of relaxation and top quality care for the hundreds of visitors over the ten days.
Best director: Florence for her short films.

As in the film world, LPG distributors from far and wide are amassed at the LPG Festival EndermoSpa and Lounge in Cannes for the real business of introductions and meetings, networking, sales and, of course, some happy memories.

HUBER MOTION LAB attracts the crowds throughout the 18th to the 22nd May on the jetty of the Majestic Beach 64.
The presence of the high-tech machine on various sets and lounges over the festival weekend was a major attraction to the assembled stars and onlookers.

Under the midday sun and with coquetish charm, young chinese actresses please the assembled ranks of photographers with some vampish poses and no little glamour.
A short while later french soap star Dounia Coessens from the hit show Plus Belle La Vie is grateful for her full complement of LPG cosmetics, “Thanks very much,” says the actress, “now I can get ready to go up the red carpet!”

No bad luck this Friday the 13th as it saw a visit to Cannes from the stars of the hotly anticipated "La Vérité Si Je Mens 3". The film is set for release next February and is widely expected to repeat the box office success of the previous instalments of the comedy franchise (known as Would I Lie To You? in English).
All five principal actors were on the stage of the "Le Grand Journal" live TV show to talk about the upcoming film and star Richard Anconina, having survived his passage through the eye of the Cannes media storm, took advantage of the calm of the LPG EndermoSpa on Tuesday to relax and recuperate under the skilled hands of the LPG team.
Also on Tuesday the LPG EndermoSpa was host to Naomie Campbell and DJ Carl Cox who’s Revolution Tour stops by at the Zanzibar in Cannes on the 18th of May.
One boat tour of the Bay of Cannes, and an Endermolift session later, Carl is refreshed and ready to lift the nightclub crowds sky-high.

Scorching sun today on the 64 Beach as a steady stream of artists come to enjoy the calm and sense of well-being provided by the LPG EndermoSpa. TV star and film actress Alexandra Lamy stocks up on LPG cosmetic products and film stars Luc Besson, François Cluzet, Jean Paul Rouve, Gérard Darmon et Kad Mérad also dropped by for a photo opportunity and a chance to enchant the crowds.
A little later, film and TV actress Carole Bouquet takes a moment to relax as Victoria Silvstedt attracts the press photographers from every corner of the lounge.
And last but by no means least, a mention goes to the 28 special guests of LPG from the aesthetic and beauty industries who for two days enjoyed a brief but unforgettable taste of the Cannes dream.

The stars mingle and relax in the lounge area of the beach. Diane Kruger prepares for an interview while her partner Joshua Jackson slips away by boat from the end of the jetty.
Tonight the red carpet is laid out for the latest instalment of the Pirates Of The Caribbean films. On Stranger Tides sees the on-screen collaboration of Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz, and both are eagerly expected on the steps of the Palais. The blockbuster’s young french co-star, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, was present to talk about her experience on the film with, of course, a full supply of LPG cosmetics in hand.
And over in the world of radio, star presenter Laurent Ruquier was preparing his hit talk-show for the Europe 1 station while Nikos and Karine Ferri also broadcast live from Cannes on the NRJ station.

The festival is now well and truly in full swing, with every street, hotel lobby and private beach buzzing with film news and events.

Ascending the famed steps of the Palais des Festivals for the opening of the 2011 International Film Festival as the stars tread the legendary red carpet.
Welcome to Cannes! And with the warm sea breeze carrying excitement and, of course, glamour, the dream can almost be touched...
As the crowds congregate to celebrate the festival opening and cheer the stars, the big names arrive to kick-off this intense week of film and share a moment with the fans that make the event so special. Among them, Salma Hayek, Uma Thurman, Robert de Niro, Jude Law, Woody Allen and Owen Wilson. Meanwhile, Lady Gaga weaves her special brand of magic on the Canal+ TV live broadcast stage.
